Using Sections to Create Forms

This video tutorial shows you how to sketch cars with sections in mind.   It’s only around 8 min and half of the video is drawn in real time.  Be sure to try practicing section drawing whenever you get the chance.  It will definitely help you to describe and relate to the form  better.

The above tools were used to “simulate” traditional drawing methods.  Please note that if you ARE a beginner, it is key to start creating your sketches with paper, markers, and pencils.  It is THE best way to charting your path to be a sketching pro!
